Castlefield Bowl is in the Castlefield part of Manchester city centre. In the summer they have 'Sounds of The City' where lots of artists play. The bowl faces the canals & has outdoor tiered seating, as well as grassy hill banks, where locals like to sit and relax. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and is a lovely little hidden gem.
It's peaceful, chilled and a lovely secret spot to relax, especially in the summer! Lots of locals hang out there, and it's great for people watching. It's also a nice way to escape the city for a little while, and a great place to go to on your own or with friends :)
Access it via the Roman Forts or the long way via Deansgate. Both are lovely!
