The Eureka Colonial House has been restored and now hosts a restaurant, a museum, and all kinds of private events (seminars, team buildings, Bollywood movie shootings!) The surrounding gardens comprise of a natural reserve with superb waterfalls and view of Mount Ory. The food is tasty and authentic, and the setting makes it worth visiting.

I strongly recommend eating at the Eureka Restaurant, on the House's terrace, for a typical Creole experience. Eureka's visit and three-course meal costs Rs1,000 (EUR26/USD30). After lunch, you'll discover the Colonial House then head to the Gardens, where you'll admire incredible landscapes.
Have good walking shoes and avoid rainy days, otherwise you won't be able to hike down to the waterfalls. You can even swim there!
