Tamarin Bay Beach
Why locals love it
The Tamarin Bay starts at the Tamarina Hotel and goes down to Tamarin's City Center. It is one of the few beaches not protected by coral reefs. It makes it a great snorkelling and surfing spot, although you must remain cautious in the water.
Why you should visit it
The view of the bay is very scenic, making it ideal for a walk rather than a swim. Since it is surrounded with many 'swimmable' beaches, the Tamarin Bay isn't highly popular and busy even on weekends and holidays.
Special tip
Go to the Tamarina Hotel's bar for a drink (accessible by car through the main road.) It provides a great view of the Tamarin Bay.
