Everybody knows "piazzale Loreto" where Mussolini's corpse was hung, but do you know the real story behind the choice of this location?

Milano was a major industrial and transportation hub, vital to the war effort of Italy and Germany. This was the very reason why it was one of the most heavily bombed city in the country. Learn about tactics, destructions and the struggle of the citizens to survive.

After the Nazi occupation the milanese became the forefront of the partisan movement. Learn about the fightings and the protagonists of the resistance to fascism.

Milano was also one of the main centres of the Shoah. Thousands of Jews were sent to death camps from Milano's Stazione Centrale, on the contrary our city was also a secret lifeline for thousands of many others escaping the grasp of fascism and the war. Learn this secret story during this tour.

Wonderful guide
Our guide was punctual, courteous, and professional. He was able to show
us photographs of the condition of The Last Supper, after the ravages of WWII.
He answered all our questions, told us what to expect when we entered the church to see the painting (fresco). It was an experience that I will not forget.
I would not hesitate to recommend our guide and his services to anyone who needs a great experience.
Thank you.
Giacomo & Emanuela are wonderful! Thanks!
If you want to see the miraculous
We tried for months to get tickets for a specific day to see the Last Supper Despite all of our attempts this experience was stuck in our bucket list. Like a local made it happen. Our Giuide was excellent and created the foundation for us to truly appreciate the artistry and history of this masterpiece. Thank you Giacomo Zavatteri
