Locals love Triennale as it offers interesting exhibitions (for instance in 2013 I attended a Jean-Michel Basquiat show) and houses a permanent design museum on the first floor. We also love it because it’s located in Sempione Park. It's always nice to take a relaxing walk in the park after visiting Triennale.

Opened in 2007, Triennale Design Museum is the first of its kind in Italy. It’s set up as an interactive space so you’ll get to experience design in a very easy way. It’s suitable for children as well as adults.
Triennale also houses the Teatro dell’Arte – one of the top performing arts theatres in Milan.
