If you walk around Minsk in the evening you might notice something glittering over the river and above the trees – the ferris wheel in Gorkiy Park. It's definitely the perfect place to experience great views of the city.

Why you should visit it
The best time to take a ride on the Ferris wheel is either at sunset or late at night when the city welcomes you with its cosy golden lights. Although there are closed cabins, the open cabins are nice – don't miss the opportunity to feel the breeze 50 metres above the earth!
Special tip
It gets really hot in the closed cabins on sunny summer days, however the line for the open ones is always a lot longer.
