Why locals love it
This is my favourite park in Minsk. It's rather popular on weekends when lots of children come to play on the merry-go-rounds. There are several small cafés and kiosks selling snacks and takeaway coffee. Shows and concerts typically take place here on public holidays.

Why you should visit it
Although it's busy on weekends, during the week you can enjoy the lush greenery, tall trees, curving paths and Svislach River in peace. You can walk along the river for quite a distance, and there are also bicycle lanes.
Special tip
Do as the locals do and feed the ducks and pigeons – they are so funny!
