Housed in an historic 19th century building, the Museum of Beer is part of the Alivaria brewery. Here you can learn about the brewery’s history and Belarusian beer, and examine old beer bottles, labels and wooden barrels. Naturally, you can also taste a range of different beers.
Learn how to serve beer correctly and discover which snacks match each variety. The organisers want to remind visitors that just like fine wine, beer has its own particular culture and that it's not just about getting blind drunk. Tours run from 2–4 pm and 6–8 pm. Pre-booking is required.
The legal drinking age is 18 in Belarus, so remember to bring your passport or ID.
