Some consider the National Library of Belarus to be an architectural miracle, others consider it to be the ugliest building in the city. One thing's for sure though – it's incredible. Not only does this big glass "diamond" contain a vast library, it also houses a book museum, restaurants and a gallery with rotating exhibitions.
