Why locals love it
Yes, I'll admit winters are cold here in Minsk, though we Belarusians rarely notice it, unless of course the temperature is catastrophically low (-20 °C for instance). Even then, there's no reasons to skip the skating season!

Why you should visit it
Ice skating is something you can do with anyone, no matter what mood you're in. It's a good thing Nemiga stays open until May. This rink offers free lockers, rental skates, free masterclasses for novices (Saturdays and Sundays at 11 am) and a good time.

The schedule may occasionally change due to competitions.
