Baking sourdough bread is very exciting and useful process! You will spend a day being in a cozy eco-lodge near the forest, in a cheerful company. And you take home a ready-to-use proven recipe and of course fresh bread made by you! During this workshop you will be guided to Belarusian traditional recipe by a person who has been baking bread for several years. The tour is open to a broad audience of culinary enthusiasts: if you have never baked anything, or you tried, but something went wrong - it shouldn't stop you, this time everything will work out!
10:00 - Departure from Minsk, arrival at the lodge (Minsk region)
11:00 - After meeting the hostess and having a welcome tea with a pie, we begin to knead the dough. Along the way, we’ll find out what a sourdough is and how to prepare it, what distinguishes the classic yeast bread in the store from the product that we have at the end of the day.
14:00 - We have a tasty lunch, and after that we put the bread in an oven.
17:00 - Hooray! You baked your savoury bread!
