Spearheaded by chefs Yann Turcotte, Michele Forgione, and Stefano Faita, the trio set out to open their own Quebec-style casse-croûte after having conquered Little Italy with their Italian fare – and it works.

Why you should visit it
With a vintage diner decor and a menu to match, this snack bar takes on the nostalgic favourites you loved to eat as a kid (think Saint-Hubert’s rotisserie chicken or La Belle Province’s burgers, hot dogs, and poutine). The exception? Everything here is made in-house using quality ingredients so you don’t have to feel guilty about eating fast food.
