French native Fabien Maillard’s discreet bar, Le Lab, echoes the Prohibition era – but don’t be fooled by its inconspicuous exterior. Once inside, you’ll enter a dusky establishment with an old school, speakeasy vibe. Barmen are replaced by knowledgeable mixologists behind a fully stocked bar as they cook up expertly crafted cocktails with a twist.

You’ll find combos like Jack Daniel’s paired with Orange Curaçao, cane sugar, homemade BBQ bitters, and beef jerky strips, as well as raspberry purée mixed in Amarula, amaretto, vodka, and orgeat syrup with whipped cream on top.
