Why you should visit it
While most people go to the observation spot by Moscow State University, you can see half of Moscow from the 22 Sky Lounge. Don’t let the manners of the restaurant’s guests bother you. If you’re on a budget just order a RUB 250 cup of tea and enjoy the view. It’s worth it!
Special tip
It’s located in the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Science building – the “Golden Brain”. There’s also a small observation square nearby.
