This is the only one legal and free (!) rooftop viewpoint in the heart of Moscow - 500 meters from Kremlin. It's easy to reach (you don't need to climb the stairs - there are a bunch of lifts) and has astonishing view on the center of Moscow

Why you should visit it
There are only 2 directions for the views: Kremlin direction and Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Building (one of seven Stalinist skyscrapers) direction. The both views are worth watching. You can explore true old Moscow's buildings, roofs and skyline.
Special tip
Go up to the 6th floor. Then cross foodcorner diagonally to the small door with a sign "Rooftop Viewpoint". Climb 1 more floor by stairs. That's it!
