Through the centuries, feasts and meals in Russia were more about traditions and rituals than technique. Knowledge was passed on from one generation to another. It's my honour to share this knowledge at a dinner à la Russe.
But it’s more than just a dinner.
Each dish is linked to a beautiful national tradition or even my own family ritual. I'll be happy to tell you about these traditions, and the history of Russia and Slavs (more thrilling than Game of Thrones!)
It's also a cooking lesson where you'll learn how to make a perfect borsch and blini on your own!
