Get together with your guide in the morning and go to the suburbs of Moscow by minibus to one of the largest dog-houses in the country.
As soon as you get there, you will be welcomed by Natalia who owns the place. She will help you discover the history of dog breeds from the North and adventures they took together with brave explorers. You will see that it is a place where once-abandoned dogs feel themselves at home. You will then learn how to make your own sled by a “kayur”, a professional instructor who drives a dog sled.
After that, your adventure will finally start: a 4 km ride on a hand-made husky sled in a snow-covered forest near the Moscow River. While the first group of people is having their ride, the others will spend their time tubing from the hill, strolling around, drinking tea by a cozy fireplace in a glamping area or exploring the farm where you can find hens, geese, goats and Vietnamese pigs.
When all the activities are finished, Natalia will invite you to have a traditional Russian lunch which includes hot and delicious Russian pancakes “oladushki” and herbal tea. What is more, you will have a chance to buy some souvenirs and homemade cookies in a café nearby.
