If interested in German history it's definitely worth visiting. It will take at least half a day.

If you are able to go, I recommend you do so. If you're interested in learning more about the history behind the rise and fall of the Nazis, you need to go where it all started. Once there, you can only imagine what happened behind those walls. If you're short of time, I advise you not to take the audio tour, you can go through the camp in probably 30 to 40 min depending how involved you get with the info they provide at site, plus if you go on your own it's free.

If it's something that is high on your "must see" list, then yes, definitely. You can either walk around the camp on your own or schedule tours around the camp for more information. It only takes a few hours to get through everything.

if you want to see a concentration camp, I definitely recommend to see the concentration camp of Dachau, since it is a bit lighter than others. Takes about a half day (best in the afternoon).
Best regards
