I think the design, route and pace of the tour was excellent, not too slow or fast for anyone, past a great variety of sights, safe and informative. I like having the perspective of a local Bavarian guide. I wasn't honestly sure how someone leading a group of foreign tourists on bicycles through a busy city would go, but it's clear that this is the result of careful planning and experience, and it worked magnificently. Late morning is a brilliant time, past the business rush hour but the air is still cool. The extended ride through the park was really pleasant.

A tour of everything you need to see in Munich
It was raining on our tour but we were given ponchos and off we went. Excellent tour guide that knew the history of the whole of Munich. Very safe and well guided tour. We felt that we had seen everything of Munich once the tour had come to an end. A definite must for when you travel into Munich!
This was the best tour ever. You need four words to describe why it was so good. Yolanda, Yolanda Yolanda and Yolanda. She took us out last minute in a small group and basically showed and told us about the whole city and country inside And out. She worked very hard and still took out our small group, although I am sure she had the option to cancel. If I were staying in Munich any longer I would surely try to hook up with her tour a second time, she really read our ability to ride, desire to have a cold drink, and our interest in the city perfectly. It was really cool getting to know her, the city and other people on the Tour, lots of fun.

Just that word does not do this tour justice. Our guide was Jova. Not only was he an amazing story teller, but he was patient (when my group forgot a meeting time) and so much fun. I really recommend this tour!
Although go pee before you get to the tour platform, then there are plenty of restrooms after the 2 hour bus ride to get to the town where the castle is!

We enjoyed the tour and the guide Joyel. I would recommend it storngly at the beginning of the stay. We did take a "Third Reich and Hitler tour" the day before so it was nice to get the more cosy version as a tourist as well. Lots of nice stories, tips for shops and restaurants and sightseeing for the rest of our stay. We did not have the time for Scloss Neuschwanstein, which we would have loved to take. So we have to come back at another occasion.
Great day trip!
This was a great day trip and we were able to see the highlights of Salzburg. As our time was limited, it was nice to leave the navigation to someone else and experience the city without the hassles of planning it all and navigating by ourselves. That saved us time and allowed us to appreciate the city. I would recommend this trip to others who want a quick day trip to see the city.
