Description
The day tour starts by picking you from your Nairobi Hotel/residence and a short transfer to Nairobi National Park. From there, take an exciting 4-hour game drive through the park. Stay on the lookout for many species of game animals, including black rhinos, lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, buffalo's, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest, as well as countless species of wild birds.
The park’s open border on its southeast perimeter allows a corridor for the natural migration of game animals during the seasonal rains. Other attractions include the ivory burning site monument, and walking trails at hippo pools.
10.30hrs You will be driven to Karen Blixen. Now a museum, this property and the surrounding Ngong Hills were made famous in the book and then the movie ‘Out of Africa’. It is a must see for all Danes and lovers of African history and romance.
Then break for Lunch (own expense) and then start the drive to Bomas of Kenya. Enjoy the tribal cultural shows happens every day from 2:30pm to 4pm and display tribal talent in music, dance, theatre/drama, fashion show, poetry/recitals and comedies. this is a day trip not to be missed
