Hello Federica. It 's very easy, you just have to give your back to the sea and go up Via San Pasquale, where you will pass in front of the historic home of the famous Neapolitan composer and poet Salvatore Di Giacomo. At the end of the road you will have to turn right and after a few meters you will find yourself on Via Dei Mil 60, home of the Palazzo delle Arti in Naples (PAN)
Of course you can get to Pan on foot.
Go to Piazza dei Martiri, take Via de Mille and you will find the PAN museum on your right, some meter before Piazza Amedeo. This is the nicest itinerary and will take you less then 30 min By the way if you prefear a faster option just take Via Carducci passing trhough Piazza San Pasquale and you will be there in 10 min (:
