I'm visiting Naples between the 17th and the 24th of august. Will everything be closed? Does anyone know of any good places to eat, go out etc that will be open in that time?

Almost every restaurant in the historical center is quite touristic.
Best pizza ever is Concettina e I tre Santi, in rione Sanità, two hours queue.
Best fiah restaurant is Mimì alla Ferrovia, a bit expensive.
I'm pretty sure that you will find them all open in late August
