Tandem’s speciality is ragù – the Neapolitan tomato sauce that's a base of many traditional recipes. Locals love this restaurant because it offers the very same food they would prepare at home had they the long hours required to cook it!

Ragù is undoubtedly one of the most delicious specialities of the Neapolitan kitchen, and Tandem serves some of the tastiest ragù in the city. It’s cooked slowly with the same passion an Italian mother would have; not in a hurry as is typical of many other restaurants.
The “scarpetta” is an old faithful. It’s a bowl of sauce that’s served with fresh bread for dipping. Definitely one not to be missed!
