STEP ONE
The restaurant will give us all the ingredients to make a homemade pasta. After an introduction of the typical ingredients, every one of you will have his own place to make the dough.
STEP TWO
After you will try our local products from Napoli like mozzarella, salami, extra virgin olive oil and tomato while we wait the dough to become soft.
STEP THREE
When the dough is ready we will roll it out in the traditional way known only by old people. We will cut it to obtain the desired shape and make fettuccine, ravioli, taglioline etc.
STEP FOUR
Finally we will cook ravioli and tagliatelle with a delicious sauce. We will make tagliatelle with ragú and ravioli with the Neapolitan sauce. All accompanied by a great drink.
