The open kitchen allows you to see the food as it's put on the grill. Must haves include a surprisingly well priced flavorful butcher steak and one of the best bourbon brined pork chops.

The steaks here are well priced and the vibe relaxing, so much more than the stuffy steakhouses in the city. The ingredients are fresh and appetizers refreshingly light and unique, none of that stale steakhouse usual. The creamed spinach here is not overcooked and the potatoes full of truffle flavor.

The wait can be a bit long so must have patience but it is so worth the wait.
