Museum Hack: VIP Tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art

After several failed attempts and cancellations (due to flu attacks) my husband and I finally went on the MET VIP tour. I must mention that Christine at the help desk was very empathetic and changed our tickets last minute - twice. Based on reviews and friends recommendations we expected a great tour and were not disappointed. Everything was perfectly organized from the first minute to the last, Scott and Jim, our hilariously entertaining guides made sure that there were no dull moments. We learned a lot of fun facts and background stories about countless pieces on exhibit and even the museum building itself that most visitors (including regulars) will never hear. Absolutely loved the tour and shall return!
