Set in an area of great religious importance the Catholic Church is a must see. Build between 1900 and 1902 it is the most important Catholic Church in Nicosia. In its vicinity is also the Maronite church and Pafos gate.
Why you should visit it
The Catholic Church of the holy cross was build in the early 20th century and was inaugurated in 1902. The church was financially supported in part by the Spanish Royal Family and partly by the Franciscan friars.

The church ceiling is impressive...look up!
