Hi! Closest is approx 1 hour plane ride from Oslo Airport. Either Hardangerfjorden (flight to Haugesund) or Sognefjorden (flight to Sogndal) or Nordfjorden (Sandane). I’m from the latter but the two first are maybe a bit better. :)
If you’re planning on going north, there are some spectacular fjords around Lofoten as well. They are smaller than on the west coast, but also less visited. Troll fjord is beautiful.
Hi. The most famous fjords are on the westcoast of Norway from Stavanger to Bergen. You have the hardanger fjord.
Most nature and fjords are located there.
There are some south of Oslo and towards sweden (Fredrikstad and Halden), witch are more local.
You can also visit Tønsberg, but this area is considered as a part of the Oslo fjord.
Hope this helps.

Oslo is in the east of tht country. You need to go the west to see the fjords. Bergen is a good starting point to discover the fjords. From Oslo you can go to Bergen by plane (about 1 hour) or train (about 8 hours)
The large fjords are all on the west coast. I would suggest to take the train to Bergen. The railway Oslo-Bergen goes over the mountains and it’s beautiful. From Bergen I assume there are several tour operators. Or you could put something together yourself, combining trains/buses/ferries. Maybe hire a car :-)
