Normally, the Metro line 1 goes directly to Frognerseteren but until tomorrow (06.10) I can see there are disruptions to the service. I recommend downloading the Ruter Reise app to check the latest info or ask people at the metro station. What I can see now is that the best thing is to take a metro to Majorstuen station and walk 550m from there to Frøen station where you would be able to hop on line 1 to Frognerseteren. Normally yes ,but the line has been down all day. Do a search for the best way to get there by Google maps.
Metro line 1 runs all the way from Jernbanetorget (Oslo Central). Approx. 45 minutes each way. See ruter.no for more info (also in English).
Usually yes, but now there is some work happening at Majorstua, so you have to take the Subway to Frøen, and the Subway number 1 to Frognerseteren. You can use the app "ruterreise" for more info.
