Why you should visit it
Oslo can offer great food from all around the world, but when in Norway, why not try something really Norwegian. Lots of traditional Norwegian food has a bad rep, but the chefs at EDDA make magic out of the great produce this country has available. The Opera House is a must-see for anyone visiting Oslo, EDDA is right across the street.
Special tip
The whole 19-hour braised cow's shank... OMG (6-8 people, must be ordered in advance), the veal tartar, the salted cured lamb salad, the list goes on.
