Why locals love it
Great food, great prices and they have delicious pupusa. Grilled stuffed corn pancakes served with curtido... a cabbage topping and tomato sauce. Order them in pairs for $2.50 each. They have a breakfast until 3pm with eggs, tortilla, crema, queso and you can have chorizo sausage!
Why you should visit it
Friendly and casual. Also they have a little store that sells El Salvadorian groceries attached to it. There are only two places you can get this type of food in Ottawa, and this one is the best! Easy to get to and close to the highway, Carling and Merivale.
Special tip
Pupusa! Tacos, and the El Salvadorian breakfast is served until 3pm.
