Loblaws is a large grocery chain. Seven of their Ottawa locations have an in-store President Choice cooking school. The classes are a fun way to try new dishes. They offer a few different series some are purely demonstration while others are more hands on. The Baseline and Greenbank Loblaws are near the Bus Transitway.

Why you should visit it
The classes are fun and interesting. The chefs have lots of experience and pass on many tips. The ones I have seen had their own restaurants. There are classes for children, teens, and adults. The evening classes often have you help prepare a meal that you then enjoy. Best of all they have all the ingredients.
