The schedule covered adult evening sessions, Parent and Tot classes for children of three to six, and children's classes from six upwards, alongside seasonal and themed programmes built around President's Choice products. Classes were suspended during the Covid-19 pandemic, the company citing the difficulty of maintaining distancing while groups cooked in a shared kitchen. They did not resume: Loblaw confirmed through a notice on the programme's own website that the schools had been closed permanently, and directed former customers to its recipes and video content instead. No in-person replacement was offered by the company. Hands-on cookery classes in Ottawa are still run independently, among them C'est Bon in the ByWard Market area, which teaches knife skills, sauces, bread and pastry to adults and teenagers.
