It's the oldest cafe in Palma. Can Joan de s’Aigo has two locations: the most mythic is at Sans Street, near the Plaça de Cort, which is like shifting to 17th century, and the new Ca'n Joan de s'Aigo, located on Baró de Santa Maria del Sepulcre St. Both have traditional sweets, like chocolate, ensaimada and local pizzas (coques).
