Why locals love it
It's an spiritual and quite place. A temple built since 1229 over a musulman mosque. You can assist to a catholic mass and sometimes also to an anglican, ortodox or luteran ritual. There is a chorus of voices and a wonderful organ.
Why you should visit it
It's the most emblematic monument and the only Cathedral reflecting in the water of the sea. Artists Antoni Gaudí and Miquel Barceló worked there. It's a gothic cathedral but strongly influenced by the baroque style.
Special tip
Assist 11th november or 2nd february to the "Eight", a light spectacle created by the Sun when is reflecting into the Cathedral.
