Casco Viejo is Panama City's old town and a World Heritage Site. As your local tour guide, I will show you the most important buildings, squares and churches of Panama City's colonial district, while you learn about the Hispanic legacy and admire the European and neoclassical art of its buildings.
After a brief introduction about the foundation of Panama City by Spain, and the events that led to its transfer to Casco Viejo, we will walk around the old town. There will be a stop at one of the local handicraft markets and you will have the opportunity to taste chocolate made in Panama, and you can also try the world-famous Geisha Coffee (optional for an extra cost).
Other things to note:
The tour can be delayed if it rains.
Geisha Coffee is not included in the price of the tour.
