restaurant
Aki6
Why locals love it
Rue Saint-Anne is very famous for its numerous Asian restaurants and shops. This Japanese restaurant is particularly special because it's the only place that serves a specialty called “okonomiyaki” from the Osaka region of Japan. It’s basically a savoury pancake made with eggs, vegetables and a choice of meats.

Why you should visit it
The “okonomiyaki” is cooked on a hotplate right in front of your eyes on the basement level of the restaurant. It’s amazing to what the chefs preparing your meal! On the ground floor you can watch them preparing noodle dishes. Gyoza dumplings, ramen and other specialties are also available.
Special tip
They don’t do desserts, however there's a Japanese-French bakery located just across the road. Try the green tea tiramisu or the matcha cookies.
