We love this place because it's hard to find a good bakery since a few years. Many of them sell frozen products bought from factories! Dominique Saibron's bakery is traditional one using bio ingredients. They have a great variety of breads, pastries and viennoiseries. My favourite is the hazelnuts bread called "Bucheron aux noisettes".
Travellers should visit this place to have a real taste of French bakery. When I see visitors eating croissants bought from a supermarket I just wanna cry! These are not real croissants. Don't go to Paul neither although it seems traditional.
Try out the Bucheron aux noisettes for the bread or the croissant praliné for pastry.
