Holybelly

Why locals love it

Why you should visit it

Pancakes topped with eggs, bacon, homemade Bourbon butter, and maple syrup – need I say more? Brunch is the star here with patrons lining up to get their pancake and Brûlerie de Belleville coffee fix as early as 9 am. Its location near the Canal Saint-Martin also makes for the perfect summer day.

Special tip

Keep an eye out for their Huevos Rancheros brunch dish – it’s not always on the menu!
