Why locals love it
This bakery-cafe chain has many locations in Paris. I had lunch in the one located near the Galeries Lafayette. They offer bio and authentic recipes. The choice is very broad: salads, organic bread, tartines, soups, tarts, pastries...I chose the menu at 16€ with organic vegetables quiche of the day, organic tea and raspberry mini tart.

Why you should visit it
Simplicity, tradition, freshness, organic, vegan are all word describing the philosophy of this family chain. The decoration is also well studied: wood furnitures, rustic style objects and big communal tables have the aim to make you feel at home while sitting together with strangers.
