A utopian village in
an old hospital
Les Grands Voisins13
Why locals love it
The 16th century hospital Saint-Vincent de Paul is the coolest place in Paris. The abandoned hospital complex has been transformed into a "utopian village", combining a bar-restaurant, flea market, social lodging, agricultural greenhouses, football terrains, camping and more.

Why you should visit it
At the heart of it is the village bar-restaurant "La Lingerie". What used to be a laundry room is now a great place to chill, listen to live music (free entry) and have cheap drinks.
Special tip
The project is ephemeral, as it will continue only until the end of 2017 latest, when the contraction of an eco-neighbourhood will begin.
