Hi guys!

I am coming to Beauvais Airport on 30th January and would like to know what is the cheapest way to get from the airport to the city center (we are going to stay in Hôtel De Paris - 37, Rue De Maubeuge, 9th arr., Paríž, 75009). The next day in the morning we are leaving from Paris CDG Airport to San Francisco so I would like to also know what is the best way how to get from the hotel to Paris CDG?

Thank you very much for all the replies!

Q: What is the cheapest way to get from the airport to the city center (we are going to stay in Hôtel De Paris - 37, Rue De Maubeuge, 9th arr., Paris, 75009):
A: You'll have to get a shuttle bus from Beauvais to Paris Porte Maillot (about 20 euros p/p), and from there grab a taxi or use metro (only if you don't have heavy luggage) to your hotel. Calculate 2 hours or more for the whole trip.
Taxi ride from BVA to Paris is just very expensive, so unless you can share with other 4 people, I would not recommend this option.

Q: I would like to also know what is the best way how to get from the hotel to Paris CDG?
A: You need to walk to the "Gare du Nord" station and grab the train called "RER B" in direction to CDG. That's easier and faster... you should calculate about 1 hours to get there. The cost will be about 10 euros p/p.

I hope you can find a bit of time to enjoy Paris during your short stay!

Unfortunately there is no good, cheap option to get to Paris from Beauvais:
- Normally, the best value way is to buy tickets on the shuttle bus running from Beauvais to Paris. It is not cheap - about 15€ per person - but that is the price you pay for travelling to Beauvais. It takes about 1-1.5 hrs to get into Paris, and from there you can take the metro to your hotel (another 20-25 mins)
- I believe there may be a marginally cheaper option to take a bus to the city of Beauvais and a train from Beauvais to Paris, but I'm guessing this is still probably about €10 per person and may add about one hr to your trip.
- I've been quoted about 150€ before for a cab, so definitely not a cheap option. If you plan ahead and get creative, there may be an option to rent a car or charter a van (depending on how many you are) but it will almost certainly be more expensive than the bus option (and possibly longer, too)

From Paris to CDG it is easier, and depends on how many people you are:
- For a couple people, the train is cheapest and a fine option. I think it is about €13 per person and will take about 1.5 hrs from your hotel
- There is a direct shuttle bus option, which probably would only take 1 hr, but cost more
- A cab is fixed around 50€. It would be the fastest option, taking only 1 hr (or as little as 30 mins if no traffic)
- An Uber may or may not be cheaper than the cab, as they do not have fixed fares so I have seen prices as low as €37 up to 75-80€
