Uber will be cheaper. Easy to use if you have a smartphone.

Otherwise, even at 70, Metro and other public transports are easily accessible in Paris. You will see a lot of people of your age using it.

Hi Ian,

There are different ways to get there:

-If you wish to use public transport you can take the metro which offers the most direct way: For this you just need to walk about 6min. to station "Porte de Saint Cloud" and take line 9 direction "Mairie de Montreuil". After 13 stations, at "Miromesnil" change to line 13 direction "Asnières or Saint Denis", just 3 more stations and get off at "Place de Clichy". From there you will be only 5 min. away from the Moulin Rouge, just ask people to indicate you where it is cause you can not see it from the metro exit.
You can take the same way back if it is not too late (metro stops working at about 12:30 or 1am during the week and 2am weekends).
You will spend just 1,90 euros each way per person.

The other best way if you wish to travel more comfortable. If there is not too much traffic you can always get Uber, the price should be around 20 euros each way.

I highly recommend you to download an App called "Citymapper". There you can find the best ways to move around Paris and other important cities in the world.

Wishing you a wonderful time in Paris!

Thank You Pam. As my wife and I are in our 70s, we may just get the taxi each way. We will have a wonderful time. Thanks again.

Hi Ian, I completely understand.
If you can get Uber service I would recommend it over a taxi.
All the best,
