Wow... Montmartre has a lot of cool areas and things to see.
You can start by going rue Lepic, enjoying the cafes and shops...
At rue and Place des Abbesses you'll find more local ambience... don't miss the "I love you wall".
You can also go to see the fantastic fabric stores in the area of Saint Pierre.
I like the area behind the hill, around metro station "Lamarck-Coulaincourt" it's just very local and peaceful.
If you walk up the Avenue Junot you will find the charming "Villa Leandre" and walk all the way to the funny statue of the "Passe Murailles"
The Must do things in Montmartre is to visit the Sacre Coeur and the artists square: PLace de Tertre, but that you can find in all the guide books.

Have fun!

Hi, all depend of what you want : touristic places / hidden places known by people of the areas :)
I made a google map in the past with cool places in Montmartre. Particulary in the other part (less touristic) of the Montmartre Hill, maybe you will find in some ideas : https://drive.google.com/open?id=1x3WJxwZLozq6ODExxS0EWXdz9_0&usp=sharing
