Hello Sean,

A good thing about breakfast in France is that you can enjoy a nice one whenever you are. In Paris you will find french bakeries (boulangerie) everywhere. A croissant or a pain au chocolat (or any viennoiserie), a baguette with butter and jam with some coffee, tea or hot chocolate and fresh juice will do! Keep it simple and it will be delicious!

Hi Sean!
Typical Parisian breakfast is in general compsed by:
- fresh orange or grapefruit juice
- somebread (baguette, of course) with butter and jam (or honey)
- some "viennoiseries" (croissant, pain au chocolat, pain au raisin, brioche, palmier...)
- some eggs (soft boiled or scrambled)
- coffee or tea

If you do it at home try to find a bakery close to your place, fresh bread and croissant are more tasty when recently made.
If you go to a café it is even more Parisian but you might bump into a "grumpy" waiter (typical Parisian indeed) but whatever might happen don't get upset Parisians love to be grumpy but they are not truly mean, keep smiling and enjoy your breakfast, add a newspaper on top of it
et voilà...
