Yes; famously, there are Les Puces de Saint Ouen, which run all weekend every weekend about 10 minutes walk from Porte de Clignancourt metro; they're a maze and very much a "diamond in the rough" situation, but if you're willing to navigate you can find plenty of great shops and stalls for very cheap (they're after all the knockoff stalls you'll see initially, and the good stuff is mostly in the interior pavillions and down the random alleys you'll see after a bit. There's a map when you're walking in, but it's kind of useless, though the areas it lists tend to be the better ones) —you can also bargain there (I suggest you go on a particularly cold or rainy day, best if on a Monday; they're much more willing to give you deals if they're having a slow day.) Have your street smarts about you when you're here.

There are also the random brocantes and vide-greniers; there's at least one running almost every day, especially on the weekends, typically in a central part of any given neighbourhood. I use this guide (https://vide-greniers.org/75-Paris), but google searching either term can yield various listings. They're cheap and vary a bit, but a lot of the bigger vendors frequent most or all of them, so you'll see some repetition. Another bargaining situation.

I've been to a number of the flea markets in December. They are usually year round with best days typically Saturdays/Sundays and otherwise by appointment. This link has links in it to all the top flea markets and schedules, etc.:
For the largest at Clignancourt: FLEA MARKET HOURS
Every Saturday from 9h - 18h
Every Sunday from 10h to 18h
Every Monday from de 11h to 5h (please note that many stalls close around lunch time)
Take the métro to Porte de Clignancourt on Line 4 and follow the crowds towards the large concrete overpass.

You can also facebook search "brocante" to see if there are any public events while you're here, but the ones on Facebook tend to be more commercial events that don't have the deals you'll find at a typical flea market.
The Christmas markets will also be going in December; unfortunately, the lovely Champs-Elyssés market was not renewed this year, but I hear that there's one at La Défense (a bit of a schlep). I've also seen a small one in the 5th near Saint Michel metro, if I remember correctly, and this article shares some more: (https://www.timeout.com/paris/en/paris-christmas-markets)
