NEED: TIPS FOR COFFEE PLACES, BARS and CHEAP RESTAURANTS

HELLO and BONJOUR
I'm traveling to Paris in February and it has always been my dream! That's why I need the full Paris experience but...on low budget as I'm a student (says all I guess)
So what do I need:
- coffee places?
- bars?
- restaurants?
- clubs?

And what would you say, should every tourist see which is not very touristy as it's maybe a hotspot only for locals?

Thank you very much and I'm really looking forward to some answers ( I hope I will get any haha)

AU REVOIR (ok I know at least three words in French YES)

Here are options in the 11th arrondissement:

For live music: Pop-up du label, http://www.popup.paris/. Has good, up-and-coming musicians (including international acts), in a small space, low prices.

Clubs: too many options and depends on your music taste. Check residentadvisor.net. For techno, Concrete (not in the 11th, but nearby) has a friendly local crowd; free before midnight (and one of the few clubs where people show up before midnight). Badamoum has eclectic line-up, generally good.

Cocktail bar: Bluebird, 12 Rue Saint-Bernard. Local bar par excellence. Friendly international staff. Not cheap, but you can sip your cocktail slowly.

Bar: Le Red House, 1 rue de a Forge Royale. Less fancy watering hole.

Restaurants: East Mamma, 133 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine, is a pizzeria that is always buzzing and good. They will speak Italian to you. Usually a long wait, but you can put your name on the list and go to the Le Red House or Bluebird until they call you.
