Many can agree that finding a good sweet roll in Paris is a challenge...until now. Inspired by the North American cinnamon bun and the Scandinavian kanelbullar, this eatery rolled into Montmartre in late 2013. Like its inimitable menu, Rroll’s rainbow interior is adorned with baking supplies and small piles of books set up on each table.

A “brunch formula” doesn’t equate to bacon & eggs here at Rroll – but you’ll quickly forget all about that. For €15, you’re served a glass of artisanal juice, a hot drink, a savoury roll (salé) with a side dish (fromage blanc or soup) and a sweet roll (sucré) for dessert (both buns have that perfect crunchy exterior and fluffy interior).
Rroll’s other star is their salted fromage blanc, served with a mound of crudités, cranberries, seeds, and fresh herbs caped over the velvety cheese.
