Located next door to La Cantine de Belleville, this previously horrible dive restaurant, has been newly renovated and is now a beautiful mix of hipster aesthetic and classic French bistro design. The menu has a great range of options, from delicious classic French dishes to Paris hipster favourites like burgers and fish & chips.
Why you should visit it
Well, the food is great, and still within the local average of 12.80 for two courses! On top of this, there is a foosball table and great happy hour specials. Come here to rub shoulders with some very cool Parisians in a setting that is quite nice but not over-the-top hipster.
Special tip
If it is on the menu, the honey pork ribs with potatoes is out of control.
