What do you get when you pair two chefs & a librarian? You get Une Souris et des Hommes’ all-in-one concept shop. It all started when Inès (la souris), a pastry chef, Régis (homme no. 1), chef & manager, and Damien (homme no. 2), resident librarian, combined their passions to create an idea that would please bookworms and dessert aficionados alike.

Why you should visit it
With a well-thought-out space that gleams with wooden accents and pops of colour, you’ll be mesmerized by their display of cakes and viennoiseries at the front, as well as bookshelves that line the back. As for the food (which is all homemade), we recommend their mouse-shaped gianduja & lemon pastry and the weekend brunch.
