Why you should visit it
Roosevelt Row is developing fast as the urban core of downtown Phoenix. You can find arts and cultural events there along with locally owned restaurants, galleries, boutiques, cafes, murals, and pop-up parks. There's also a lot of events throughout the year so make sure you check their website!

There's self guided artwalks every First Friday of the month. Phoenix Art Museum is also free during artwalk. Also, there's a lot of hipsters.
